Shipping & Ordering
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia to many countries worldwide. Within Australia and internationally, shipping timeframes are 14-21 business days from the order date.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once a shipping label has been created, addresses can’t be changed. So please double-check those details before checking out.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs or tariff fees. While the team do their best to avoid this, any fees charged are the buyer’s responsibility.
What if my order is delayed, lost, or returned?
If your order is delayed or lost, get in touch below and the team will do their best to help. If your order is returned due to buyer error, the team can resend at the buyer’s expense or refund minus shipping. If it’s returned due to our error, the team will resend at no cost to you.

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Unfortunately, the team does not accept returns for any reason. You can review our full Return Policy here.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please fill out this form within seven days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We’ll assess and either replace the item or offer a partial refund.
What counts as “damaged”?
Tears, dents, or scratches over 1 cm, large marks that can’t be removed, multiple bent pages, or obvious production defects.
How do you handle damaged item claims?
Once we assess your claim, we’ll either replace the item or offer a partial refund. Keep the item until we confirm next steps.
